Tis the season of giving, and the team at first fruits ministries is planning their annual Christmas basket campaign. The baskets make perfect, thoughtful gifts for clients, friends, family, and co-workers. The non-profit ministries’ largest campaign raises money to help women coming out of difficult situations and provides much needed employment and job training for them.
Work provides not just a paycheck, but confidence, a sense of great pride, self-worth, and community. In keeping with our focus on God’s restorative nature of turning ashes to beauty, Best Bargain Deals Now, sells discarded items.
This Christmas Season, we’re providing Hope for the Homeless while employing women coming out of difficult situations. To let our brothers and sisters living on the streets know that they are created and loved by a God who sees worth in each and every one of us, first fruits has put together a care package full of practical items needed for everyday living.
Thanks to all our workers and volunteers who made our Farmers Market Summer Season a great success.
God continues to amaze me with His unending grace and love. He brings people to us, “divine appointments,” who enrich our lives and broaden our reach.
